Cancellation Policy

If you book directly with us, using our website or by calling us then the cancellation policy is below. If you have booked through a third party site then you will need to check their terms and conditions and make any cancellations and amendments through them.

Cancellations made by 3pm the day prior will be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.

Cancellations of 4 or more rooms will need to be done 3 days prior in order to be done free of charge.

Early Check Ins

Check in is usally 3-9pm. Occassionly we can offer check in prior to this subject to availability but cannot however guarantee this.

Late Check Ins

Our reception area closes for check in at 9pm. If you think that you are going to be arriving later than this then you will need to call us on 01328 862100 to arrange a late check in. If you have not arrived by 9pm and we have not heard from you then you will not be able to gain access to your room and will be charged in full.

Late Check Out 

Check out needs to take place before 11am. If you would like a late check out it is subject to availabilty and will incure a charge of £10 an hour or part thereof.

Operating Hours

Our hotel is open 365 days a year at the following hours

Reception:Weekdays:7am-9pm. Weekends and bank holidays:8am-9pm.

Breakfast:Weekdays:7.30-9.30am. Weekends and bank holidays:8.30-10.30am

Dinner:Our restaurant is open everyday 6.30-9pm with last food orders taken at 8.45pm

Pre booking and pre ordering of meals is now required after reopening from lockdown.

Bar:12-9pm
